1. Photos
- One wide shot showing the whole turf area
- One close-up of the worst spot: the dog area, a matted path, or dusty fibers
- Anything unusual: puddles, seams, edges, or areas near a pool
Daylight photos work best.
2. Approximate size
Measure the length and width of the turf area in feet and multiply them. A 20 ft by 25 ft yard is 500 sq ft. If the shape is irregular, break it into rectangles and add them up. A rough number is fine. If you don't know, the photos help us estimate.
3. Pets
Tell us how many dogs use the turf and whether they use the whole lawn or mostly one area. That decides how much odor treatment is needed.
4. The main problem
Odor, dust and debris, flat turf, or general upkeep. If it's a combination, say so.
5. Location and access
- Your city or neighborhood
- How we get to the turf, such as a side gate, and whether it locks
- Gated community check-in, if any
- Where the nearest outdoor hose spigot is
6. Timing
