What each visit includes
- Debris and pet waste removal
- Power brushing of traffic areas
- Rinse and cleaning treatment, with pet odor treatment on pet areas
- An infill check, so you know before it becomes a problem

Seasonal residents and rentals
If you're away for the summer, we can service the turf on schedule while you're gone and do a full clean before you return in the fall. For vacation rentals, visits can be timed around guest turnovers.

Yes. Let us know and we'll adjust the schedule, for example pausing while you're out of town or moving to monthly in summer.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Plans are set up to be flexible. We'll go over the terms with your quote before anything is scheduled.
