What a deep clean includes

A deep clean is a complete service for synthetic grass, from the surface down into the infill. Each visit covers:

Debris removal. We clear leaves, palm frond bits, seed pods, pet waste and anything else sitting on the turf.
Power brushing. A power broom works against the grain to stand the fibers back up and loosen dust and debris packed into the infill.
Rinse. The turf is flushed to carry loosened dirt and residue down and out through the drainage backing.
Cleaning and odor treatment. A turf-safe cleaner is applied across the lawn, with extra attention on pet areas.
Final groom. A last brush leaves the blades upright and the infill evenly spread.

Why desert turf needs more than a hose

Coachella Valley turf deals with things other regions don't: wind-blown sand and dust, summer surface heat that bakes pet urine into the infill, and trees that drop leaves and pods year-round. Rinsing moves the top layer around. It doesn't lift matted fibers or pull out what has settled into the infill, and that settled material is where odor and bacteria live.

How often to deep clean

How long does an artificial turf deep clean take?

Most residential yards take one to three hours. Larger lawns, heavy pet use or a lot of debris take longer. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. As long as we can get to the turf through a side gate and you've let us know about pets, you don't need to be there. We'll text you when we're done.

What products do you use, and when can kids and pets go back on the turf?

We use cleaners made for synthetic turf and follow the label directions. Keep kids and pets off treated areas until they're dry. Ask us and we'll tell you exactly which product we're using so you can check the label yourself.
