Sanitizing vs. deep cleaning
Sanitizing treats the turf surface and fibers. A deep clean also power-brushes the lawn and flushes the infill. If the turf is matted, dusty or has strong pet odor, start with a deep clean. Sanitizing on its own works well as an in-between visit, or for turf that's already in good shape.

What's the difference between sanitizing and pet odor removal?
Sanitizing treats the surface and fibers across the whole lawn. Pet odor removal uses an enzyme treatment that goes down into the infill, where urine collects. If the main problem is smell from dogs, pet odor removal is the one you want.
How long before we can use the turf again?
Once it's dry. In Coachella Valley weather, that's usually quick, but it depends on the time of day and season.
